Types of member roles

There are various types of members are available like admin, cook, waiter, order manager, and bill manager. Restaurant owner can also edit password.

Restaurant owner

Restaurant owner able to creates all the members profiles, food items, areas, food categories, tax, currency and edit restaurant profile.

Areas and table booking

Admin have rights to add/remove different areas of the restaurant and order manager able to book tables in the selected area.

Order placement and its flow

Once customers calls the order manager for booking food items, order manager can do the following steps to book the order in application.

1. Selects the areas of the restaurant
2. And then select the table from where customers wants to place order
3. After the table selection, order manager can select the food category and food items whatever customers wants to eat.
4. Now in the application one order will be generated as per selection and cook person will able to see items to cook in this mobile.
5. Once items are cooked, cook person will change the status to “Done” from his application, and waiter will be notified.
6. Waiter will pick the item and serve to customers on particular table.
7. If the customers want to demands other items or repeat items, order manger can add it in his existing order and cook will be notified for that.
8. Once customers ready to exits, bill manger can finish the order and generate bill receipts as well collects the amount of the order.
9. Now table is available for for other customers.

Reports

Restaurant owner can view the order reports by the filtration of areas, order manager, food category, from date and to date.

Print Receipts

Bill manager can finish and print the receipts of the order in various size of pages.

Tax/Currency settings

Restaurant owner can create different tax types as per their country and able to set the currency.

Easy payment integration

Restaurant owner can use free plan or subscribe premium plan with extended functionalities.
