📊 Dashboard
The dashboard displays a complete listing of available products. Users can browse through various categories and, by clicking on a product, they are redirected to the respective product details page for more information.
📦 Product Details Page
On the product details page, users can:
- Select product specifications like power, size, or other variants
- Choose the required quantity
- Click on the Add to Quote button to add it to the Budget List
This allows users to build a custom quote based on their specific requirements.
📝 Send Request Form
Once users finalize their selection and click on the Budget List, they are redirected to the Send Request form. Here, they need to fill in:
- Name, email, and phone number
- Delivery address and company name
- A checkbox to create an account if they’re new
This streamlined form ensures that all necessary information is collected before sending a quote request.
👤 My Account
After submitting a quote request, users are directed to the My Account section, where they can manage their quote history, view product budgets, and track the status of their requests in real-time.
💰 Budget Details
In the Budget Details page, users can:
- View individual product quotations
- Download a professional PDF version of the quote
- Accept or decline the quote directly from the page
This helps customers make fast decisions with complete transparency.
🔧 Admin – Order Details & PDF Generation
The backend dashboard includes a powerful Quote and Send PDF button. Here’s how it works:
- When clicked, it triggers an API call from WordPress to Laravel
- Laravel stores the order and initiates another API call to the ERP system
- ERP responds with quotation data, which is then displayed in WordPress
- A PDF is generated and sent via email to the user, and also stored in their account
This flow ensures data consistency between systems and provides users with immediate access to professional quotes.
⚙️ Plugin & Cron Automation
We’ve developed a custom Update Order Manual Plugin for WordPress that:
- Triggers API calls to fetch updated quotations from the ERP system
- Sends the updated PDF quotes to customers via email
Additionally, a CRON job runs every 60 minutes to automate quote status updates and regenerate PDFs via API calls, ensuring the platform stays current without manual input.
